Ristorante Il Bisso di Garau

Very much enjoyed our meal tonight. Beautifully cooked Sea Bream and Gnocchi dishes. The tiramasu finished it off nicely.

La pasta alle zucchine, con guanciale croccante e fiori di zucchina, più buona che abbia mai mangiato. Sono stata a cena lì 2 volte e l'ho presa in entrambe le occasioni. Mio marito ha preso gli spaghetti vongole e bottarga che erano squisiti, frittura di calamari e infine dolcetto senza glutine che era strepitoso. Il personale gentile, premuroso e molto professionale. Il locale è molto bello e in più c'è una veranda interna che sembra un piccolo pezzo di Grecia che ho adorato. Ci ritornerò molto presto.

I really loved the food in this nice restaurant in a beautiful location front the port. The service has been efficient and kind..I came back the day after !! Definitely one of the best place!!

We popped into Ristorante Il Bisso di Garau as another restaurant could not fit us in. We were so happy that this happened as Ristorante Il Bisso di Garau was excellent. Service was excellent, staff were very friendly and attentive. The chef even came out to chat with us. The food was top class. Grilled sea bream has never tasted so good with the subtle added ingredients. If you visit Sant' Antioco, do not miss a visit to Ristorante Il Bisso di Garau.

È stata una cena di livello che merita il massimo dei voti. Il cibo è buonissimo e l'ambiente davvero accogliente. Abbiamo assaporato alcune delle pietanze di mare e devo dire che sono state una più squisita e particolare dell'altra. Le tagliatelle con la tartare di gamberi, con il mix degli altri elementi come il pistacchio e la burrata, è il Primo che consiglio vivamente. L'antipasto che mi ha colpito è stato quello dei gamberi con il lardo più miele e noci ma è stato gustosissimo anche il polpo fritto servito con crema di melanzane. E' senza dubbio uno dei migliori ristoranti dell'intera zona, pur essendo di nuova apertura. L'attenzione per il cliente da parte del cameriere è stata costante tant'è che abbiamo ricevuto una guida completa fin dal primo momento che ci siamo accomodati all'interno della sala. Inoltre, a cena in corso, anche lo Chef si è avvicinato al tavolo per assicurarsi che tutto fosse perfetto. Ciò, a conferma della professionalità, di cui già avevo sentito parlare. Per tutti questi motivi, conto di tornarci presto.

Best frittura mista in town! Variety of fishes and cooked perfectly, real calamari here. Main courses absolutely amazing, fish is fresh and wisely cooked! Beware of tourist traps, this place is really worth the hype if you’re looking for the best fresh fish in Sant’Antioco. Highly recommended: Frittura mista Tagliatelle burrata, gamberetti e pistacchio Spaghetti vongole e bottarga I was very surprised to find pasta cooked perfectly al dente, the bisque flavour was absolutely perfect and fresh. Staff is absolutely sweet and welcoming. This place has a terrace at the front, inside dining space and a very cute dining terrace at the back. I was very, highly satisfied with the whole experience
